Need: An integration between eCommerce, CRM, and Accounting platforms the simplify sales operations.

Description: A business has the need to simplify their sales processes and require a seamless integration between their ecommerce website and finance platforms, in order to directly record new sales from their website straight to their finance system.  This will stop the company having to manually enter the invoices into the finance system, which, depending on the volume, could take a large amount of time.  In addition, this can lead to data input errors, which could potentially lead to customers being charged the incorrect prices, address details being recorded incorrectly, and/or incorrect invoice numbers being entered which can make tracing the invoice difficult.

Strategy: Lead-to-Ledger

Solution: With a lead-to-ledger model, the organisation can seamlessly link their eCommerce website to their finance software to automatically create orders within their accounting system. This will improve efficiency during the sales process as it will remove the risk of data duplication and human error.
