Need: A solution to automatically convert Opportunities to Orders.

Description: An organisation wants to integrate their CRM and Accounting platform to allow for a seamless transition with opportunities and won deals. Without a link between the CRM and Financial platform, the finance function must manually enter the order into the finance system, when an opportunity is won. This doubles data entry efforts and increases the risk of human error.

Strategy: Lead-to-Ledger

Solution: A lead-to-ledger solution would be an ideal model for this organisation, as it would take away the manual process of adding orders/won deals once an opportunity has converted. With a seamless integration between the CRM system and the Finance platform, orders will be automatically created in the Finance system, once the Opportunity is at a specified stage.
